Append his signature to the section of the application form that specifically states that he shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Association.
Have two members of the Association countersign the prescribed application form.
Admission Procedure
The prospective member shall:
(a) Procure membership application form for an amount prescribed by NEC from time to time.
(b) Complete and sign the application form.
(c) Be introduced by two members of the Association as a bona fide old boy.
(d) Pay in advance all or part of one-year membership due to the relevant branch.
(e) Affix his recent passport photograph to the membership application form
(f) Have the Branch President endorse the applicant form and forward the duplicate copy to the National Secretariat while the original copy is retained at the local Branch Secretariat
