A Message From The President General Worldwide

You Are Welcome, Distinguished Ancient Mariners and Mariners of the Government College Ughelli Old Boys Association Worldwide (GCUOBA Worldwide) family, and indeed our visitors, to our brand new portal.

For a needlessly long period of time, owing to some legacy agreements and technical challenges, we have been unable to operate our old website.

Those discussions are still ongoing but we rue the disappointments our absence from the web have caused the Old Boys Association and indeed all old boys of our great Alma Mater, and other stakeholders.

This is the reason for this website, which will help us keep abreast of developments in our Old School, and publicise the great work we all have been doing – through Classes, Branches, at the level of the National Executive Council and via innumerable individual effort – to rebuild the infrastructure and standards at Government College Ughelli.

We assure you that this small step is a precursor to our design to have a dominant and effective digital media presence.

Thank you and Keep The Ship Sailing

Arc Charles Oghenovo Majoroh FNIA
