GCUOBA Benin Branch Annual Dinner & Awards: Celebrating Excellence, Honoring Legends, and Strengthening Bonds

The benin branch annual dinner/awards was held 30th November, 2024 at La Vod Hotel , GRA Benin City.
Notable personalities that were given award include, Prof. Michael F. Diejomaoh, (1955 set), Hon. Justice Peter lsibor (1967 HSC), and medals of honour to former branch presidents like Prof Festus Ogisi, Sir Aroko Moses, Mr Lawani Yaya, Engr. Dr. Obaseki Ehigie, etc, while Friends of the college award were also given. The branch president Ahonsi Felix Esq, promised to uplift the branch to an enviable height.
Within the outgone year 11 meetings were held uninterrupted at members houses, Welfare package were granted to deserving active members. We lost an active member, late Dr.Peter Osagiede as well as a former teacher of the school,Sir Dr.Ehike. A joint condolence visit between the branch/ National Exco led by PGWW Olorogun Albert Akpomudje SAN was paid to the Osagiede’s family.
